  • performance of a contract (competition participation) (Art. 6(1)(b))

Participants may withdraw consent at any time; however, withdrawal may make participation impossible.

6. Minors

The competition may include participants under the age of 18.

For minors, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting an application on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms authorization and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We process minors’ data solely for competition-related purposes.

7. Recordings, Photos & Image Rights

By submitting recordings, photographs, and materials, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to:

  • evaluate submitted performances
  • publish laureates’ names and results
  • display selected recordings or photos on the website or social media
  • use materials for informational, archival, and promotional purposes

Such use is limited strictly to activities connected with the Ravel Award IMC and its promotion.

Participants retain full ownership of their recordings and works.

  • jury members (performance materials only, without unnecessary personal data)
